Summer School in Padua

It is summer, it is Italy, it is Padua and it is IAP 16th International Junior Academy Summer School.
This effort was the brilliant result of a joint collaboration among IAP’s German Italian, British and French Divisions,
The participants were warmly welcomed in the beautiful Padua between July 16-18, 2026.
This annual Summer School is designed primarily for young pathologists from around the world, as well as specialists returning to the field. Leading experts explore selected topics in depth, and encourage participants to be interactive in all sessions and case discussions,
This interactive approach is further enhanced by inviting the participants to bring and present their own interesting cases related to the course topics—these case-based discussions are a highlight of the program and enrich the learning experience for everyone!
The programme covered Soft Tissue pathology, Gastrointetsinal pathology, Dermatopathology, Lung pathology, Genitourinary pathology by renowed experts in the field from different European countries. Beyond the scientific sessions, the Summer School offered a unique opportunity to meet fellow young pathologists from many countries, to exchange ideas, and to build lasting professional realtionships.
Indeed, it was a very inspiring and enjoyable Summer School 2026 in Padua!
